Thank you for choosing Abdigix for your learning and career growth. We value your trust and are committed to providing high-quality training. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are allowed and how requests are processed.

1. General Refund Policy

All payments made to Abdigix for courses, training programs, workshops, or digital content are non-refundable except in the specific cases mentioned below.

Since these are educational and digital services, once access is shared, we cannot reverse or reuse the service.

2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be approved only in the following situations:

a) Duplicate Payment

If you are charged twice for the same course, we will refund the extra amount.

b) Payment Failure but Amount Deducted

If the payment failed but money was deducted from your bank/wallet/UPI, we will process the refund after bank confirmation.

c) Course Not Started by Us

If the course does not begin within the promised start date due to our reasons, you may request a refund.

 

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

  • You change your mind after joining the course
  • You do not attend live classes or sessions
  • You fail to use the course, LMS, or materials on time
  • You join by mistake and request a refund later
  • You completed part of the course or accessed course materials
  • You are dissatisfied but completed the training
  • Your placement or career outcome depends on your effort, so refunds for job-related reasons are not applicable.

4.Cancellation Policy

Once registration, enrollment, or payment is completed, your seat is confirmed and cannot be cancelled.

For EMI/subscription plans, the full payment must be completed as agreed at the time of joining.

 

5. Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund:

    • Name
    • Registered
    • mobile number
    • Course name
    • Payment screenshot
    • Reason for refund
  • Our team will verify details within 7 working days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.

 

6. No Cash Refunds

Refunds will not be given in cash.
All refunds will be made via bank transfer, UPI, or the original digital payment method.
